Terms and Conditions

• The check-in time: 2:00 pm and check-out: 12:00 pm
• Early check ins and late check outs will be confirmed upon availability and recovery
• Reservations are confirmed by 50% of the amount deposited in the bank account and the balance paid at check-in with cash or Visa or Master credit and debit card.
• No Show (no show) will be charged 01 daily
• Cancellation of the reservation, the amount prepaid will not be refunded
• Early Release the reserved period will be charged the full amount of the stay previously reserved
• Changes in the rules of the economy, we reserve the right to revise the rates without prior notice
• We accept small pets.
